Policies

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

 

We do not guarantee site numbers, however, if we have to move you and you are with a group or another site number then we will keep you with that group or individual.  You may request a site # and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

 

Please contact us as soon as possible if any corrections are necessary. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

14 day notice is required in order to refund any of the deposit.

  • If cancellation is made by 12:00 PM 14 days prior to arrival date, a $15 fee will be charged PER SITE (in your name or reservation made with your credit card) and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is made by 12:00 PM 7 days prior to arrival date, but less than 14 days, all but 1 night will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is made by 12:00 PM 48 hours prior to arrival date, but less than 7 days, all but 1 night plus a $15 fee will be refunded.

RESERVATION CHANGES:

If you change dates of original reservation, by shortening stay, within 7 days of arrival date you will be charged for original dates of reservation.

HOLIDAY WEEKEND DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY: Holidays

  • Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends -- Minimum 3 night stay and 3 night deposit
  • 4th of July Holiday week -- Minimum 4 night stay and 4 night deposit

Deposit becomes nonrefundable at 12:00 PM 7 days prior to arrival date.

 

If you have more than one site reserved under your name and don’t want to charge more than one site to your credit card then have the information for the other sites to be charged or have those campers call us with the information.

NOTICE: This property is privately owned.  The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
