COTTAGES These miniature homes (roughly square feet) were designed with the discriminating traveler in mind. Cottages feature private bedroom, large bathroom, kitchen with half-size appliances, living room, cathedral ceilings and loft. DELUXE COTTAGES OR PARK HOMES – (400 square feet) – feature private bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, cathedral ceiling living room, loft, comfortable porch and patio. These upscale accommodations are ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, or pampered “camping” vacations. Sleeping areas include a queen bed, two single beds mattresses in a sleeping loft, and a sleeper sofa. Heat and A/C, Cable TV.

Deluxe Cabins feature modern amenities: electric, heat, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, pans and utensils, bathroom and shower. Sleeping areas vary in these cabins. Some sleep 5 and some sleep 3.
For a larger crowd, the Bunkhouses sleep up to ten and feature a chaperone’s room and all of the Deluxe Cabin amenities.
Basic Cabins have electricity, sleep up to five people and include an indoor built-in table. Guests use the community bath houses.
All cottages, cabins and bunkhouses have outdoor picnic tables, charcoal grills, fire rings and ample parking.
The floor plans shown for each cabin and cottage are samples, but are somewhat similar to the actual cabin or cottage you'll receive.
