As many of you know, the best time to experience Traverse City's beauty is during the magnificent autumn months, when the trees seem to almost sparkle with radiant, fiery color. At Timber Ridge, reserving a campsite, cabin or cottage within the woods is a magical experience all on its own. So adding a private tasting of Michigan microbrews during this special time of year only adds to the memory-making getaway!

The Microbrew "Color Tour" Package, with check in either on September 26 or 27 and check out on September 28, features a welcome reception (with snacks and beer) at check in on Friday and private beer tasting on Saturday. With your package, enjoy unlimited sampling of handcrafted brews from Traverse City's Right Brain Brewery, Bellaire's Short's Brewing Company, Founder's Brewing Company in Grand Rapids, Holland's New Holland Brewing Company (at Friday's reception), and Arbor Brewing Company of Ann Arbor. A variety of food will be available for purchase, and the volleyball and dodge ball courts will be open for some serious (or amateur!) play.

• Packages include the Friday night welcome reception (with snacks and New Holland Brewing Co. brews) beginning at 5:00 during check-in until supplies are diminished and unlimited beer tasting at the Microbrew Color Tour Tent on Saturday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM
• Packages are based on two people; $20 per additional microbrew tasting guest
• Water/electric, full hook-up, 50-amp, and premium sites available as well as cabins and cottages
• Additional guests in party do NOT have to participate in the Microbrew Color Tour and will not be charged the additional $20 if they will not be sampling beer (i.e. if two couples share a cabin but only two people participate in the beer tour, the other two guests will not be charged for the package). Each paid participant will receive his or her wristband at check-in
• Late check-out (2:00 PM) available on Sunday, September 28
• Bring your bikes and hiking shoes! Timber Ridge has miles of wooded trails, so enjoy the vibrant colors of autumn...
• Because of the adult nature of this event, we will be showing movies in the Lodge for the kids on Saturday
