Thank you to all who attended Suds & Snow 2008, presented by American Waste!
This year's event tripled in attendance from the inaugural 2007 event with upwards of 700 guests! Roughly 400 tickets were sold between the afternoon before and the day of the event. Mother Nature really helped us out! We hope you enjoyed your snowshoeing and microbrew sampling experience. This charity event, in only its second year, has taken off at a rate that has surprised everyone involved. Thank you for helping to make Suds & Snow such a success.
Timber Ridge Resort is eternally grateful to our sponsors and volunteers for their monetary and in-kind (product and services) donations that they contributed to this charity fundraiser. Their generosity continues to enable us to minimize our event expenditures and provide a larger monetary donation to Bethany's foster care program. A donation of $6,000 was made in mid-March. And thank you to all guests who helped to support the program with your event and tasting ticket purchases. Every dollar counts!
The date for Suds & Snow 2009 will be released in the next month or two. In the meantime, photos from this year's event are posted in our gallery. If you have any photos you would like to share, please email Sara@TimberRidgeResort.net.
Here's hoping that Mother Nature cooperates again next year for our snowshoe and beer festival! (But we'll still be serving fine hand-crafted brews, regardless!)
